This launch video was the first step in our broader communication/change management program. The goal of this communication strategy was to shift 3,000+ employees to a new performance software program.
The campaign featured a focus on self-paced trainings for a remote workforce. This 3-month, fully digital communication strategy helped employees to successfully transition to the new software.
Many of our communications and training programs utilize a variety of tools to help create the best graphics, videos, and learning materials. The tools used to create this program included Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Camtasia Video Editor.
